Recipe:
- Build in a chilled rocks glass
- 2.25 oz. high proof bourbon
- 2 demerara sugar cubes
- 1.5 oz. soda water
- Crush sugar cubes and combine with other ingredients
- Sir with crushed ice until frost forms on glass
- Top of glass with additional crushed ice
- Garnish with fresh bouquet of mint

This Kentucky derby favorite, really showcases a quality bourbon. The reason for the soda water is that fizz helps bring the smell of the mint to your nose.
