Daiquiri

Recipe:

  • Build in Boston shaker
    • 0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 demerara sugar cubes
    • 2 oz. quality white rum
    • 1 cocktail spoon Luxardo cherry syrup
    • Wet ice (for dilution)
  • Shack for 10 seconds to fully chill
  • Strain and serve in chilled coup glass
  • Garnish with lime wheel

Why it works:

The fresh lime juice and white rum are elevated in this recipe, while the cherry liquid adds just enough color to makes the green lime wheel pop.
